COVID-19 Operational Measures

Our Procedures to protect our Staff and Customers from Covid-19

• Please sanitise your hands upon arrival. Hand sanitiser is provided at all the entrances and at the till.

• Please try to use our one way system in the shops. If unavoidable then please be aware of each other and try to maintain your social distance.

• We have visors for staff and masks and gloves for use for customers.
• We do not process cash anymore. Please pay by card.

• All returns will be steamed and isolated for 24 hours.

• All items that have been tried on will be steamed.

• Changing rooms are cleaned regularly.

• All handles, card machines, hangers and other touch points are cleaned regularly.

• If you have been in contact with anyone with Covid or have any symptoms, please buy online.
